Availability:
The products on site are normally ready to delivery and when they are out of stock, they get available in few days.
Some products (as frames, bikes) may not be ready for delivery with the features required by customer.

The information and images on our site are derived from data published by manufacturers.
Ciclimr can modify this information according to manufacturer, without notice.
Ciclimr is not responsible of possible differences between images and product if they are due to manufacturer.
The marks and the names on Ciclimr.com site are registered trademarks of legal owners.
Responsibility:
Ciclimr is not responsible for events not imputable directly to it.
Notice:
False input on login or application form is forbidden; Ciclimr may prosecute it by law to protect own and customer interests.
Customer obligation:
At delivery of product, customer must check the package integrity and quality/quantity correspondence between order products and list of invoice. If the products do not correspond to list of invoice, the customer must report it to Ciclimr within seven days, by certified letter or fax.
Within ten days customer must also report to Ciclimr, by registered mail or fax, any defect of material or difference between materials of package and the list of invoice.
However we suggest to report any lack of conformity to Ciclimr in advance, by calling mobile number +39 380 18550420 or by mailing to info@ciclimr.com.

Return and Refund Policy.
Customer, according to Italian law (DL 206/2005), may cancel the contract, within ten days from delivery, without justification and penalty.
Customer must be final consumer and natural person.
The cost for return, registered mail or fax is not reimbursable.
The right of withdrawal is not valid if:
1) The product is without original package.
2) Some parts or accessories originally included in the package are missing.
3) There is a damage of the product not caused by transport.
Procedure for returning products.
Customer must:
1) Communicate, with registered mail, to Ciclimr his/her intention to return.
Registered mail must contain name, surname, phone number, order number,
purchased products and his receipt date, IBAN for reimbursing.
Communication must be made within ten days from the product delivery.
2) Communicate by email to info@ciclimr.com or by fax to number +390290785232, to be able to apply the right of withdrawal.
3) Wait for the Ciclimr email that confirms the receipt of above communication.
4) Send the package, including all products, accessories and documentation, within two days from above receipt mail confirmation.
Carrier will be chosen by customer.
The products must be returned with their own original and intact packaging.
Customer will insure the packing at his own expense, against theft and transport damages for the full amount of invoice.
Ciclimr reserves the right to deduct the cost of possible damages not covered by insurance.

Ciclimr will return amount of the bought products within fourteen days from the real delivery of package, by IBAN_BANK_TRANSFER indicate by customer in the registered mail.

WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCTS
Ciclimr is responsible for the conformity defects, already existing on delivery, toward customer.
Conformity defects:
1) Malfunction.
2) Damage for transport.
3) Mistake on shipping.
The warranty against conformity defects is valid for two years.
Customer must denounce the conformity defect as soon as they appear.
It is no conformity defect (then without warranty) if:
1) The product has been used improperly, with negligence and without following the enclosed instructions for use and installation.
2) The product has been subjected to bad maintenance.
3) The product has been subjected to actions and operations not planned or foreseen by manufacturer.
Warranty will be applied only to initial customer and not to dealers.
Customer may ask the repair or the substitution of product for conformity defects.
Procedure to apply the warranty right.
In the case of conformity defect, customer must:
1) Communicate the found defects, within twenty-four months from delivery of
product, to Ciclimr

2) Wait for the email of Ciclimr that confirms the delivery of above communication.
3) Send the package including all products, accessories and documentation.
The carrier will be chosen by customer.
Products must returned with own original and intact packaging, within two days from above delivery confirmation.
Customer will insure the packing, at his/her expense, against theft and transport damages for the full amount of invoice.
Ciclimr reserves the right to deduct the cost of possible damages not covered by insurance.
